Terms of use
These terms apply to Halycon, an advertising management service provided by GREEN INFINITY LLP (UEN T06LL0372D), Singapore ("we", "us"). They apply to every business that uses the service or authorises us to manage its advertising ("you"). By connecting an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
Halycon runs Facebook, Instagram and TikTok advertising for Green Infinity's own brands and for businesses that authorise us. It reports advertising results, matches them to store orders, studies public ads in Meta's Ad Library and TikTok's Commercial Content Library, uses search data from Google to plan tests, and prepares changes to your ads. Every change to your ads is approved by you before it is made.
Your accounts and access
- You connect your own ad accounts, pages and store, and you confirm that you have the authority to give us access to them.
- You can remove our access at any time from your Meta Business, TikTok or Google settings.
- Keep your own logins secure. We never ask for your passwords.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the products you sell and for the ads, claims and content you approve, including that they are lawful and accurate.
- Your advertising must follow the policies of each platform it runs on, including Meta's, TikTok's and Google's advertising policies.
- Advertising spend is charged by each platform to your own account. You are responsible for paying it.
Other platforms
The service works through Meta, TikTok, Google and your store provider. Their own terms apply to your use of them. We do not control their decisions, such as rejecting an ad, limiting delivery or restricting an account, and we are not responsible for them.
No guarantee of results
Advertising results depend on many things outside our control. We work carefully and report results honestly, but we do not promise any level of sales, profit or performance.
Fees
Any fees for managing a business's advertising are agreed in writing with that business before work starts. Green Infinity's own brands are not charged.
Content and data
- You keep all rights to your content, such as your images, videos, text and product details. You allow us to use it only to provide the service to you.
- We handle data as described in our privacy policy. You can ask us to delete your data by following the data deletion instructions.
- Public ads from the platforms' ad libraries are used only to study advertising in our product categories, never to identify or profile individual people, and never as footage for our ads.
Fair use
You may not use the service for anything unlawful, to advertise prohibited products, to mislead customers, or to interfere with the service or with other businesses' data.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the service
You can stop using the service at any time by removing our access and telling us. We can stop providing it to you with reasonable notice, or immediately if you break these terms. When the service ends, we delete your data as described in our privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, tell the businesses using the service before the change takes effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute.
