How to delete your data

You can stop our access and ask us to delete your data at any time.

1. Remove our access. In Meta Business settings, go to the partner or app settings and remove Halycon or Green Infinity LLP from your ad accounts and pages.
2. Ask us to delete your data. Email hello@pikoneko.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Include your business name and the ad account IDs or page names concerned.
3. We confirm. We delete the data within 30 days and email you when it is done, except anything the law requires us to keep.

If you removed our app from your Facebook account, you can also email us to confirm that all related data has been deleted.
