Privacy policy
This policy explains how GREEN INFINITY LLP (UEN T06LL0372D), Singapore ("we"), handles data in Halycon, our advertising management service. It covers data we receive from Meta's platforms and from the online stores of the businesses we serve.
Data we use
- Advertising data from Meta: the ad accounts, campaigns, ads, images and videos of each business that authorises us, with their results such as spend, reach, clicks and purchases. Results are reported by Meta in totals and groups, not about individual people.
- Page information: the Facebook pages and Instagram accounts a business connects, where needed to run its ads.
- Public ad library data: ads that Meta makes public in its Ad Library, and ads that TikTok makes public through its Commercial Content API. We use these only to study advertising in our product categories, and never to identify or profile individual people.
- Public YouTube comments: comments on public YouTube videos in our product categories, read through the YouTube API Services. We use them only to find overall themes, not to profile individual people, and delete or refresh them within 30 days. YouTube's use is covered by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
- Store data: orders, refunds and product costs from the business's own store, used to work out profit.
How we use it
We use this data only to provide the service to the business it belongs to: to report results, match ads to orders, suggest tests and prepare changes for the business to approve. We do not use one business's data for another business, and we do not use it to build profiles of individual people.
Who we share it with
We never sell data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the service, such as hosting and secure backup providers, and the AI service providers that help us analyse results. They act on our instructions and may not use the data for their own purposes. When a business approves it, we send that business's own customer list to Meta or TikTok to build its ad audiences. The list is hashed before it is sent, as each platform requires, and is used only for that business's advertising. We disclose data if the law requires it.
Storage and security
Data is stored on servers we control, with encrypted off-site backups. Access is limited to people who need it to run the service and requires a login.
How long we keep it
We keep a business's data while it uses the service. When a business removes our access or asks us to delete its data, we delete it within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your choices
A business can remove our access at any time in its Meta Business or TikTok settings. To ask us to delete data, follow the data deletion instructions. To ask what data we hold, or to correct it, contact us.
